The first stage is a 5-micron sediment cartridge, it reduces heavy sedimentsit, filters out dirt, sand, silt, and rust from water. • Both the water filter housings and included cartridges are NSF certified BPA free. The filter housings are made with greater wall thickness to withstand very high water pressure. The 3/4” GHT Garden Hose inlet/outlet fittings are made from solid brass nickel for durable, sanitary and easy plumbing. All the materials are lead free to assure safe drinking water.
