⭐ Key Features

•Four pleated sediment cartridges at 30 micron, in the 10 by 4.5 inch big blue size. At the usual three to six month change that covers a year to two years on one housing, and longer again if you rinse them between changes, which pleated media allows and spun media does not.

•Washable pleated design: the accordion-fold media gives far more surface area than a smooth wall of the same dimensions, which means high flow with less pressure drop. Rinse the pleats clean between changes to extend service life. Same standard size as ECP20-BB, R30-BB, R50-BB, W15-PR, SPC-45-2005 and HDX4PF4.

•At 30 micron this is a coarse grade, meant for holding back sand, silt, dirt, rust and scale ahead of a finer stage or a carbon cartridge. Cartridges in this same body run from 1 to 50 micron and look identical on the shelf, so match the number printed on the one you are pulling out.

•Fits all standard 10 by 4.5 inch big blue housings, including the HDG4HS4 and other large capacity household systems. If the cartridge you are pulling out measures 10 by 4.5 inches, this fits regardless of the name on the sump.

•This is sediment media: it captures particles and nothing else. It is not carbon and does not change the taste or odor of your water. Replace when the pressure at your taps starts dropping. CFS is an independent brand, a compatible replacement and not an OEM part.
