The EcoPure universal premium carbon filter with FACT media (model EPW2F) delivers cleaner, clearer better tasting water throughout your home without flow reduction. This premium carbon filter with FACT media is NSF certified to reduce chlorine taste & odor, sediment, sand, silt and rust. It is designed to last up to 6 months which is twice as long as most other whole home filters! With a micron rating of less than 1, it will capture the smallest contaminants for both municipal and well water supplies. Standard filters capture larger sediment around 30 microns. As a result, this filter may fill more quickly when used on well water with sediment. It's simply removing more sediment from your home water supply. This filter fits EcoPure model EPW2VC, EPW2 and most standard capacity whole home water filtration systems including: Whirlpool, Omni, Culligan, Watts, Filtrete, 3M, GE, DuPont and more.
