• PARTICULATE FILTER WITH WATER SEPARATOR BOWL: This inline air compressor filter traps dust, dirt, and rust particulates and knocks out bulk liquid water and condensate, collecting it in the bowl as a built-in water separator / water trap for cleaner, drier shop air and protected air tools. Note: for paint spraying, instrumentation, or applications needing completely dry air, add a coalescing filter and air dryer downstream; this filter removes bulk liquid moisture, not fine water vapor.
• 10 MICRON FILTER ELEMENT (STANDARD): Fitted with a 10 Micron filter element to trap fine particulates and protect precision equipment. Replacement and optional 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40 Micron elements are available so you can match the filtration grade to your air quality needs; from general shop air to finer air preparation.
• FLOW RATING 211 SCFM @ 90 PSI, 1/2" NPT PORTS: Rated for 211 SCFM at 90 PSI with 1/2" NPT inlet/outlet ports; sized for efficient compressed air filtration and air preparation with low pressure drop across the filter element. NPT threaded ports for straightforward installation on your air line.
• METAL BOWL, MANUAL DRAIN, 250 PSI MAX: Durable metal bowl with a manual drain for reliable condensate removal, plus a sight glass to monitor collected moisture at a glance. Metal bowl is rated to 250 PSI and is required where line pressure exceeds 150 PSI or where solvents harmful to polycarbonate bowls are present.
• MODULAR DESIGN, COMPLETE AIR PREPARATION SYSTEM: Using Modular Spacer brackets, connect this filter with PneumaticPlus SAR Series air pressure regulators, SAL Series lubricators, and additional filters such as coalescing filters, dedicated water separators, or extra particulate stages to build a custom multi-stage Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) system for cleaner, drier air.
