Product Description The Aquasana EQ-PFC.35 Whole House Replacement Post-Filter is designed for Aquasana Rhino whole house filtration systems that use a 10-inch post-filter housing. As the final polishing stage, this replacement filter helps reduce remaining sediment, rust, dirt, and organic particles after water passes through the main filtration system. Use this genuine Aquasana replacement to help maintain system performance, proper fit, and warranty coverage. Replace every 6 months, or sooner if you notice a decrease in water flow. Installation is simple. Shut off the system, relieve pressure, remove the filter housing, replace the cartridge, and reinstall the housing. Always follow the owner’s manual before replacing filters. Includes one EQ-PFC.35 post-filter cartridge. Filter housing sold separately. From the Manufacturer The post-filter attaches to the Aquasana Whole House Filter system, after the filter tanks, and removes particulates 60 times smaller than the eye can see. This includes insoluble minerals and cysts. The addition of this post-filter is considered a polishing agent and adds a level of protection for your household in the event of an outbreak of cryptosporidium or giardia. This cartridge should be replaced every nine to twelve months.
