The Pentair Pentek RFFE20-BB is a 20-inch radial flow iron reduction cartridge that gives well and municipal water users an easy way to reduce dissolved iron. It reduces up to 3 ppm of dissolved iron, cutting the metallic taste iron causes for cleaner, better-tasting water.
By lowering iron, it helps clear the orange and brown staining iron leaves on sinks, toilets, tubs and fixtures, and lowers the chance of iron-related damage to pipes and water heaters. It adds no harmful chemicals and is safe for drinking water.
