Pentair Pentek PBH Series Standard Bag Vessel Assemblies are molded from rugged reinforced polypropylene, providing outstanding chemical compatibility and corrosion-free performance for residential, food service, commercial, and industrial water filtration applications. The PBH-420-1 features 1" NPT ports, a polypropylene (HFPP) cap, lead-free bismuth brass pressure gauge, and an EPDM O-ring seal for reliable, long-lasting operation.The single large ACME thread closure ensures quick opening and positive sealing, significantly reducing bag filter change time to keep your system on stream longer. With a pressure drop of just 1 psi at 15 gpm and a maximum working pressure of 100 psi, this housing delivers consistent flow without starving downstream equipment. Install as a duplex system for totally uninterrupted flow.Each PBH-420-1 assembly comes complete with pressure gauge, wrench, and 3/8" drain valve. The housing accepts standard 4" x 18.25" filter bags, including Pentair Pentek BP, BPHE, and BN Series bags in polypropylene felt, absolute-rated high efficiency polypropylene, and nylon monofilament mesh for filtering and straining applications from 1-800 microns.
