Built on the OMNIFilter heavy-duty housing platform, it installs on your main 1-inch water line and filters every tap in the house. The large 4.5-inch-diameter Big Blue sump holds a high-capacity cartridge for strong flow and long filter life.
Changing the cartridge is simple. Press the pressure relief button on the cap to release built-up pressure, then use the included housing wrench to unscrew the sump. The housing accepts 10-inch heavy-duty cartridges, so you can customize the system to your water by choosing a sediment, iron-reduction, or carbon taste-and-odor cartridge such as the OMNIFilter RS6, TO8 or CB6.
In the box you get the filter housing with cap, a housing wrench, and a wall-mounting bracket with hardware. The filter cartridge is sold separately.
