The RS12 is built from durable polypropylene string precision wound around a rigid polypropylene core. That wound pattern adds surface area for higher dirt-holding capacity and greater efficiency than ordinary wound cartridges, and it withstands water temperatures up to 165 degrees F at flow rates of 7 to 10 GPM.
Designed to pair best with Pentair OMNIFilter U25, U30, OB1, OB5 and WH5 standard systems, it also fits 10" x 2.5" standard housings from other major brands. Suitable for both city and well water. Each pack includes two cartridges; replace about every 3 months or whenever you notice reduced water pressure or quality.
